Potato taco filling

An extremely easy recipe for a potato taco/burrito filling.

First, wash and coarsely chop 3 medium potatoes. The smaller the pieces, the faster they cook; however, that comes with a higher risk of burning. Pat dry.

Drizzle vegetable oil into a pan; set on medium-high and cook, stirring often, until potatoes are half-cooked.

Add paprika, chili powder, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. Mix well. At this point, your potatoes should look like this.

Cook until potatoes are crispy and cooked through.

Pop into a tortilla, taco shell, or pita pocket and enjoy.
